@ICICILombard utterly disappointing experience. Took car insurance from ICICI Lombard (ahmedabad)- and now agent has canceled it due to company’s error. Money stuck plus last day of my old insurance.
Poor response and worst experience.
Pls help !!!!!

It’s clear fraud from your deliver partner as if u look at the time of order being assigned and order being canceled on the first day the order was out for deliver.

It happens mostly with order whose payment have been done while placing order

Door to door waste not collected since last 5 days in Danilimda ward, Ahmedabad, Gujarat even after twice registering complaint on 155303-AMC's complaint number. multiple complaints in past 6 months. HELP !!!

Customer care not even providing the address of your so called courier partner in ahmedabad so that I can personally go and collect my parcel.
@industrybuyin_ this is the worst I’ve seen in years. Do u guys have any control over the process or even care to look into the issue ?

@DTDCIndia It was not delivered.after no response from ur end, i back traced d parcel n went to ur khokhra parcel center n collected it.
Der are 100s of undeliveresd parcels as it seems that center has no delivery guys available.
You guys seeiously need a ground reality check !!!!

Explanation given looks like more of a coverup and claims of quality procedures rather than addressing the issue.
Your results shows T3 more than 600 while actually it is multiple times lesser this cant b justified by ur email explaination.
