3:30am and I can’t sleep. Cybertruck was five years of anticipation but it appears it’ll be less than three years of production. When it was first produced it was basically a rolling celebrity until the political smear campaign was launched vilifying anyone who dared to own one, or any Tesla for that matter but Cybertruck was most targeted. That whole event kind of sabotaged the trucks future.
This will leave the 3 and Y as the only Tesla vehicles a consumer can purchase and drive.
Tesla is all in on autonomy. Driving is one of my biggest joys in life. I love to get behind the wheel and go for a drive. Autonomous cars definitely have their place but I still want to have the option to drive myself. I wish Tesla would make a large SUV, especially with a luxury trim option that can be driven but with self-driving as option. I’m not ready to fully give up driving and I don’t know that I ever will be.
Why you leaving us like this?! But thank you for making my truck worth $12,000 more overnight 🫡

@wmorrill3 @elonmusk This is really stupid. Yeah I get Cybertruck isn’t a volume seller, but just update it and/or make a full size SUV. Tesla axed the S and X and now the Cybertruck for more Cybercabs? Listen, I like the Cybercab, but not at the expense of other Tesla models.

@elonmusk I really hope this doesn't mean that the Cybertruck will be ending production soon. It's such an iconic vehicle.

Model S and model X never sold much over 25,000 units a year either and they certainly weren't considered a flop. You don't even realize the shit load of $59,900 Cybertrucks Tesla sold. The only thing that ever inhibited sales for the Cybertruck was the price and all that meant, is that brokies like you couldn't buy one...😂😂😂

@rstreets01 @CantEverDie I’ve never seen a Cybertruck “running” around. It’s mostly embraced guys taking corners very slow and the odd pet grooming service that got it wrapped in hot pink.
