As Bappa departs , I was thinking: that we INDIANS spend millions traveling to Spain to celebrate 𝗟𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 (that is not food waste) or 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘀 (animal cruelty can fly off) but the moment 𝗚𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁𝘀𝗮𝘃 comes attention seeking jokers arrives & critics attack the 𝗗𝗵𝗼𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮 calling it noise!! 🤔🥁

Let’s get one thing straight: we must rightfully reform harmful practices like Instant Triple Talaq or Sati!

We must 𝗔𝗕𝗦𝗢𝗟���𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬 do that!!

But debating or arguing about erasing our positive traditions that brings our entire PUNE city together, should 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 be done!!

It is pure hypocrisy & I want to see, the clowns who object to Dhol Tasha: will they have the guts to object to Loud music, DJs & lasers during Jayanti celebrations, particularly this governments favorite group or leaders Jayanti celebrations?

For us in Pune, 𝗗𝗵𝗼𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮 isn't just sound it is Pune's 𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘, 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 & 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡! 🌺🚩🇮🇳

We must Stop calling authentic traditions "outdated" while celebrating Western festivals or being hypocrites and suddenly turning deaf during say a Jayanti & accepting that noise, traffic jams, blockages etc !!
