Third night with no electricity in saket -chattarpur area.
This is definitely some planned thing because whole day we get the electricity but around 12 things seems to be turned out of the blue.

I mean what the hell yaar.. I seriously want to behave properly to the customer care people but somehow they are able to burst my patience!

What is happening in delhi!
I'm living in chattarpur (south delhi) area.
From Yesterday 12 night till 7 AM we were out of electricity and again today from last night 8Pm till now(still not came).

And the worst thing is that I'm calling BSES from 7 Pm for taking regular updates and they always create a complaint and saying that within 90 min it will get resolved!
so whenever I'm calling the customer care,they are just giving me the 90min SLA.
