“मैंने सिर्फ Indicator ठीक करने को कहा था… हाथ क्यों चला दिया?”

लोग सवाल उठा रहे हैं कि अगर Emergency Vehicle तक सुरक्षित नहीं हैं, तो आम आदमी किस पर भरोसा करे?

A family ran a Pump & Dump scam on Twitter, manipulated 82 stocks, and made ₹20,25,20,234 (₹20.25 Crore).

Today, SEBI passed an order.

Father Hemant, sons Rohan and Aniket, current wife, ex-wife, and two daughters. Everyone had a role.

Rohan ran @WealthSolitaire with 13,600 followers.

Aniket ran @desiwallstreet with 40,500 followers.

Behind the scenes - 50+ WhatsApp groups all named "Den of Wealth 1, Den of Wealth 2..." and Telegram channels reaching 80,000 people.

Modus operandi:
Buy a low-liquidity SME stock quietly. Tweet a glowing recommendation. Blast it across WhatsApp and Telegram. Watch retail investors rush in and then Dump on them.

SEBI raided their homes in January 2026.

The chats said everything.

After Rohan bought a stock, Hemant texted - "Tweet karo abhi, 4-5 din upper circuit aayega."

They even knew they'd get caught - Aniket warned Hemant in 2023 - "SEBI is going after small handles too. Lifetime of earnings will be gone." They continued anyway.

Today SEBI impounded ₹20.25 Crore.

Every account, every property locked.

Actual gains could be ₹55 Crore - investigation ongoing.

A family that eats together, scams together and gets raided together.

Customer's problem.

He fought through the consumer forum system. SBI kept appealing. The case eventually reached the Supreme Court of India.

In January 2025, the Supreme Court ruled against SBI.

Banks, the court said, cannot shy away from the responsibility to safeguard their customers from unauthorised transactions that have been reported. When a customer reports fraud promptly, the bank has a duty of vigilance. SBI had failed that duty.

SBI — India's largest bank, over ₹60 lakh crore in assets, owned by the Government of India — was held liable to refund the fraudulently transferred amount to its customer.

One fraudulent transaction. One phone call that SBI ignored. One Supreme Court ruling.

Save this — if fraudulent transactions are reported promptly to your bank and the bank refuses to refund, you have a right under RBI's 2017 circular on zero liability. A prompt complaint creates the bank's obligation.
The Supreme Court confirmed this against SBI itself.

Saw a patient today with a hemoglobin of 1.9 g/dL. For context, a level that low is almost incompatible with normal consciousness, but she walked right into the clinic on her own feet.

For three long years, she lived with crushing weakness and since last 6 months breathlessness from just walking across a room. Why didn’t she get help sooner? At first, it was because the kids had crucial school exams and later her husband was reluctant to deal with the hassle of a hospital admission.

Her health was treated as a background inconvenience.
When we dug deeper, it got worse. A year ago, her Hb was 6.4 g/dL. A doctor explicitly told them she needed immediate admission. The family refused, walked out with a basic strip of iron tablets, she took them for two weeks, forgot about them, and nobody in the house ever bothered to check on her or remind her.

She didn't even come to the hospital today because of the air hunger. She came because her periods had completely stopped for months. Her body was so profoundly starved of iron and oxygen that it literally shut down her reproductive axis just to divert what little blood she had left to her heart and brain.

It’s completely heartbreaking. A woman will literally bleed her body dry, gasp for air for years and keep working silently, only to be brought to a doctor when her normal functioning stops.

Please check on the women in your homes. Stop letting them normalize chronic exhaustion.

The flight landed at 6:35. After deplaning also, she didn’t allow to use the washroom.
