@JioCare @reliancejio - Jio Fibre , Jio Internet local team in Goregaon West (Mumbai) is not reposing to small query raised by 2 senior citizen users. Mr Anand and Mr Ram from Jio Internet not answering properly. Humble request to look into that

Why do I hv to PAY EXTRA charges in the name of RESCHEDULING FLIGHT CHARGES ? While booking the flight I already paid extra to avoid that?
