@CitImmCanada pls I would like to know if one can use work exp of 10 mos, for example, 1st exp was 12 mos, 2nd was 10 mos, 3rd was 14mos, can this be counted as 3 yrs or more exp? Or does each of them have to be up to 12 mos? Thank you for your time

@CitImmCanada 2/2 this is because when I include the dates it’s more than 36 months but pre ita, we don’t include dates so im confused as to how it would be calculated. Thanks in advance

For example
March 2012 to March 2013
March 2013 to January 2014
February 2014 to March 2015

Will these be counted as 12 months plus 10 months plus 14 months to make 36 months or not?
