@qatarairways we arrived in Maldives for our honeymoon and were told one of our checked bags was not on board. We filed the necessary paperwork, followed up with missing baggage claims, sent DM’s, emails and many calls and for 6 days we have received ZERO updates and no response.

@Delta want to thank you for being the best at what you do. This particular passengers luggage that is lost is diamond medallion and we flew together with you on first leg of this trip and no problems with any luggage! We need DL to expand to MLE so we can go again in future!
