NPR, Washington Post, NYTimes important issue for you. Lack of evidence based medications available for people with OUD largely due to stigma and DEA oversight. Its criminal and hypocritical to wring hands about overdose deaths while restricting medication.

@JHSPH_HPM @drJoshS @BrendanSaloner BHLI has been working for the past four years developing partnerships with BCBIC to create immediate linkages for SUD low threshold treatment upon release and to provide education to inmates and staff. There are high barriers but we are still at it,step to step to make this work.
