@EurekaforbesIN@jagograhakjago@nch1915 I received a damaged Forbes Jazz with my Pro S2 Robot order. Complaint #127290069720 (31-05-2026). Despite repeated follow-ups, I only get 24-hour assurances. Replace it immediately or cancel my order and issue a full refund.
@EurekaforbesIN I've been repeatedly promised resolution within 24 hours, but nothing has happened. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Commission.

@AndhraPradeshCM@APDeputyCMO@naralokesh@ChairmanAptidco@aptidco@APTIDCO1@Dr_NarayanaP Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your kind attention a long-pending issue regarding the refund of Rs. 25,000 paid under the AP TIDCO Housing Scheme (PMAY) on behalf of my late mother, Smt. B. Jhansi Rani.
We had applied for a house in NTR Nagar, and the application was approved. However, following the unfortunate demise of my mother and a change in our family circumstances, we decided not to proceed with the allotment. Accordingly, we submitted a formal cancellation letter along with bank details well over one and a half years ago, prior to the allotment of the house.
Since then, despite multiple follow-ups through phone calls and personal visits, we have not received any resolution. The repeated response has been that "funds are not available."
We humbly wish to clarify that we are only requesting our own hard-earned money, not any additional benefit or compensation. As a middle-class family, this amount is significant to usβit could help us manage our household expenses for several months.
We kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter. Please instruct the concerned department to process and release our refund at the earliest.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Yours sincerely
