Day 5 of @FrontierCorp refusing to admit they have an outage. Somehow everyone on the road is out but yeah… definitely NOT an outage! Horrible customer service!

@FrontierCorp Still terrible customer service. Could you guys make it available for a customer to report an outage? Apparently the ATS team has to and they say their isn’t. Those of us that have no service say otherwise. Again, here is why….
