As per recent Circular 6/2024 issued on 29/04/24,
TDS demand for higher deduction as per S.206AA and 206CC (Non Linkage of PAN Aadhar) for transactions upto 31st mar 24, shall not arise if PAN becomes operative before 31st May 24!!
But System is raising such demands on processing of regular as well as revised return, even if PAN is linked before 31st May.

@incometaxindia shall look into the matter urgently and resolve/clarify, as the demands are significant, both in quantum & numbers!!

2B का ITC BOOKS से नहीं मिल रहा
BOOKS का ITC 3B से नहीं मिल रहा
