@eric_seufert@itsolelehmann To be fair, this is the case with almost any major metropolitan city. People get themselves so worked up that then any semi-sketchy situation scares them. There's unsavoriness in most cities - that's normal!
@vivino Really depends who you talk to. Meet with people like Joe Swick from Oregon, or the team at Mani di Luna in Umbria, and you can tell the passion and technical know-how is there for building a movement.
That's not to say there's not WAY too many people just tryna make a buck
