Three years ago I worked to help get this book published with my Grandpa. He sadly passed away before it was released, but it always makes me happy remembering the joyous time working with him on this 🙂
This is a very well recorded documentary of local village life in a Somerset village from the 1920's to the 1970's. Incisively written, informative and historical. It is a captivating read.

A Village Inheritance, written by Dr.Glyn Court and Clare Court, my parents, is still available from Amazon. It tells our stories of inheriting the village Post Office in Washford, Somerset, such a rich heritage. https://t.co/13whxNE00J

I've lately started following My Favourite Bench, which cheers my day, while I can't travel, with characterful shots of benches in the great outdoors. Good for armchair (or bench) travellers. Can you locate this bench?

Very impressed with the effort here. I have just made two bird tables for next year, but this certainly tops the lot! Well done.
