5th and 6th class girls took part in a live online maths quiz to celebrate Maths Week. It was great fun - full of puzzles, brain teasers and maths challenges! 💡

For Maths Week, 5th and 6th class girls solved a ‘Crack the Code’ recipe challenge! They then got to work in groups to bake and decorate fairycakes.

Sue from Ríomhaire Tech is back this term to deliver her fantastic computer classes to the girls from 1st to 6th class. This programme will mainly focus on Word Processing, Coding, Spreadsheets and Touch Typing.

Yesterday marked SNA appreciation Day and where would we be without our two wonderful SNAs Marion and Mary, cherished and loved members of our staff. Thank you for everything you do for us all in Scoil Bhrìde, we are lucky to have you both.

Ukulele Classes are back with Denise for pupils 3rd to 6th class. It was lovely to hear such fabulous music coming from the Halla today. Well done girls 🎶

Ms. Sheppard's class had a wonderful time yesterday at Mountrath Library. The girls listened to stories, browsed through the books, enjoyed some colouring and playtime and went home with a fabulous goodie bag which included two story books. Thanks again to Trìona! 📚

Well done to our rounders team who played in the Shield Final today. The girls played a stormer and were unlucky to be defeated by a strong side from The Heath. Thanks to Ms. Carey, Mary and Marion for all their help over the last few days. Fantastic achievement girls 🌟🏏🎉

Well done to our fantastic 5th and 6th class girls who played their hearts out today at the Cumann na mBunscol Rounders competition and have made it into the finals, taking place in the Centre of Excellence tomorrow! Super achievement girls!🎉🌟

Thank you to everyone who came out in force yesterday to support our school's Sponsorsed Walk fundraiser. We had a lovely afternoon completing the Slì na Slàinte route followed by tea/coffee, treats and chats in the Hall.
