We had a fantastic yoga class at our North Street office from 10.30am-11.30am yesterday - one participant said it was "the most healing class I've been to". The next two are 21 Aug and 4 Sep - everyone welcome.
Tomorrow is the first of our new yoga sessions at @bht_wellbeing - join us from 10.30am-11.30am at our North Street office. First come first served and open to anyone who wants to improve their mental health.
In yesterday's peer drop in we talked about stress and made these stress balls.
Next week we'll be making lavender bags which can be put in your pillowcase to aid sleep and relaxation. All welcome!
