HARD TRUTHS ABOUT GROWTH:
- Your breakthrough will cost you your comfort zone.
- Sometimes, you have to leave behind the good things — not just the bad.
- If you're holding onto the past, you're stunting your future.
- If you don't want today to look like yesterday, you can't act like you did yesterday.
Growth demands more from you than you think you can give. It asks you to trade ease for effort, comfort for clarity, applause for accountability. It doesn’t wait for you to feel ready — it moves when you move. The longer you cling to the familiar, the longer you delay your future. The cost is real — but so is the reward.
So here's the real question: What are you willing to leave behind to become who you're meant to be?

We don’t get upset when the forecast says sunny, and the sun comes out, or if it’s raining again during rainy season. It’s rainy season! If you know what to expect from people, the expected result should not make you dysregulated. When someone does something you expect, whether that’s a negative response or a bad habit, take a deep breath, recognize that you know their patterns, and better prepare yourself. Create a mental umbrella for their rainy season, set up some boundaries to protect yourself from the downpour, and don’t let their response harm your mood.
