@makemytrip My cab booking was fully prepaid, yet after reaching my destination, your vendor demanded extra money claiming it was for airport entry and toll charges both of which were already included in the fare.
After saying no to extra payment, your vendor threatened me.

This is completely unacceptable. Why is a customer being subjected to abuse and threats after paying the full fare? @makemytrip I expect an immediate investigation, and strict action against the vendor.

@bihar_police - These cab vendors asks for extra payment without providing any suitable reasons. If customers rejects to pay then they starts abusing and threatening them. Please take note of this threatening behaviour and help ensure appropriate action.

RAC - a Scam
@RailMinIndia, why are passengers charged full fare for a shared seat? If the fare is full, the seat must be full—or the excess amount should be refunded.
