I paid 2200 for @jio_fiber one month ago and cancelled it 3 days later but haven't received my refund till 16 july . I got message from @reliancejio @JioCare on 4 july that money will be refunded in 7 business days . Pathetic sevice and worst experience from #jio .

There are two government companies where employees behave like kings . One is BSNL and second is @jio_fiber @reliancejio . I booked jio fiber on Saturday and paid for 4 months . KYC has been done but now no information about installation so far . Either install it or cancel it
