@Chiranjitpaul91 @ViCustomerCare Vi does not have a customer care department. It is a bot centre. My complaint is also pending since 2 weeks now, no response. You will get a standard reply saying "our executive will contact you within 24 hours" but no one actually does.

@ViCustomerCare do you ever actually address complaints? I have called 7-8 times since 17th April without any help. I have recordings of calls where your executives promise "our senior will call you within 24 hours" and no one has since 11 days. Is this your customer "CARE"?
