I cannot believe that India has a sepak takraw team and that we’re in the semifinal of its world cup. This is one of the most athletic sports there is. To me this is way more impressive than if India’s football team was in the FIFA World Cup.
This is a view of India 🇮🇳 you could hardly have imagined ten years ago !
I have been traveling extensively in India and its is amazing to see how infrastructure is improving by the day:
* Trains are much more reliable and comfortable. Next year first high speed line will open.
* Airports are modern and new airports are coming up by the day - in Mumbai, greater Delhi and more.
* 25 Indian cities are constructing metros.
* Roads are drastically improving - both highways and may be most importantly the last mile connection to the hundreds of thousands of villages.
There is an old saying that if you want to get rich you should start by building a road. The infrastructure revolution in India is a marvelous step towards Viksit Bharat - the modern India.
Well done India!

A Mumbai student's speech goes viral -
"Chehre badalne walon ka itihas lamba hota hai"
"Not cockroaches... Hypocrisy survives every disaster"
"How can we blindly support a party when its entire manifesto is being unemployed?"
"They are taking advantage of the desperation of this generation"
"They call us Andhbhakt because you cannot see your own hypocrisy*
"Neutrality is not something that you declare; it is something that you demonstrate"
"24X7, you question the existing government. But why you undermine the reforms that this government has introduced?"

Freight Train running at high speed on the Dedicated Freight Corridor, reducing logistics time by 70%.
This entire 3500 km railway line didn't even exist 6 years ago.
Your tax money is being used to create world-class infrastructure for you.
I do not know how old are you son but I studied Marxism, Dialectics of Marxism, Marxism Leninism and Maoism that has now turned into a capitalistic authoritarian oligarchy very deeply in the mid 1980’s.
I also saw it in action in the erstwhile USSR and erstwhile Eastern Europe where the dictatorship of the proletariat became the tyrannical and repressive dictatorship over the proletariat.
As the first Asian to be elected President of the International Union of Students( IUS) in 1992 that was headquartered in Prague I was witness to the gale of change sweeping across Eastern Europe. Communism and Communists were the most reviled characters in the newly liberated nations of Eastern Europe who overthrew the yoke of oppressive Stalinism.
I have also closely analysed the excesses
Of Joseph Stalin and Lavrentiy Beria and the havoc wrought by the Great Leap Forward, cultural Revolution in China coupled with the egregious atrocities of the Gang of Four .
Marxism- Leninism was rejected by Leon Trotsky itself and Maoism by Mao Tse Tsung ‘s successor Deng Xiaoping who virtually denounced Mao .
I have also seen the tyrannical state of DPR Korea from within and the repression that is let loose on the hapless people by the despotic dynasty that controls that piece of geography.
Despotic dynasts are a problem that is not peculiar to the Communist paradigm but it is most so in DPR Korea and Cuba.
Marxism , Marxism - Leninism and Maoism are historically failed models. No point wasting time over them .

Narinder Singh Kapany ji didn’t win the Nobel. But he won hearts. He gifted to the world only a handful could.
Bharat honoured him with the highest civilian award that he richly deserved. Jai Hind
The success stories of the youth of India. Only traditional media at the airport to cover them/record their return. Social responsibility. Journalistic responsibility.
Just saying.

In football, can you imagine India beating Brazil in the final by 2-1 and win the Gothia cup in Sweden 😳 and that too after defeating England 12-0 and France by 17-1 🤔 ?
Proud that most players were from Manipur.
Yes! This actually happened 👆🇮🇳🏆
That's India's U-15 team from Minerva Academy / Ranjit Bajaj's squad making history at the Gothia Cup 2026 in Sweden - the world's biggest youth football tournament.
What they pulled off:
1. Beat England 12-0
2. Beat France 17-1
3. Won Helsing Cup in Europe a week earlier
4. Final: Beat Brazil 2-1 to win the Gothia Cup.
They won 8 matches straight and scored 86 goals in the whole tournament. "European Double" complete - Helsing Cup + Gothia Cup back to back 😳
The clips show:
- Kids in orange India jerseys celebrating goals
- The goalkeeper screaming "BACK TO BACK CHAMPIONS"
- Fans waving tricolor in the stands
- Team lifting the Gothia Cup trophy with "GOTHIA CUP FINALS" board behind
- Ranjit Bajaj with tricolor draped, holding medal
This is huge because in a country where cricket gets all the money and football still struggles for support, these kids proved talent isn't the problem - opportunity is.
Absolutely viral-worthy moment for Indian football ✌️
