Your Ill mannered agent finally called today. He says he can’t help it if company makes faulty parts. 11 days to fix a fan, assuming he fixes it today.

@atomberg_tech pathetic service. Replaced PCB of the fan on 13th Sept and fan stopped working on 14th. Raised a complain which was denied by agent. Raised another 06112659 and today I get a date of 28th Sept for visit. #Atombergcheats

For the replacement order of dark walnut , you have again sent a wrong color. I unable to raise a return or exchange as well as it says limit reached.

Do i need to go to consumer court for a fan order. This is rubbish and i am really disappointed. Pls call me immediately.

For order id 323898_EX074, you sent me a worng color fan again. It was supposed to be 2 dark walnut and yiu have 1 dark walnut and 1 brown fan. Why? How many takes you take to deliver right fan? @@arindam_paul @Shibam3 can u pls help me settle with right fans, repeated mistake

Mr. @Shibam3 , i have been chasing @atomberg_tech for last 1 week, they keep sending wrong color fans and less fans. No one is able to address my issue and customer care staff is not equipped to fix your sales issues. Me and my 1 yr old son are not able to sleep without fan

@AtombergCares Never order a fan from @atomberg_tech , worse company. They keep sending less number of fan and wrong fans to just clear their inventory and then you can keeping running but no one listen to you. Better go with other company like #bajaj or #crompton. #badservice #atomberg
