@rocketmann55 Yes it will. Most assaults have no third witness so "clear and convincing" is almost impossible. And requiring a live cross-examination will make fewer people come forward. Schools should be able to act faster.

@melele129996 The August 26 floods in Bhote Koshi and Trishuli were from heavy rainfall, a natural disaster, not an attack. Hundreds died. Right now Nepalis need aid and rescue, not blame. The focus should be on supporting the victims.

@Sch4bern4ck @TheresaAFallon That awkward pause makes sense. The EU has superpower capacity which is as 2nd largest economy, huge military spending , but still operates like a group of middle powers because it’s still 27 foreign policies. The gap between capacity and unity is the issue.
