Biasanya interviewer lagi ngecek 4 hal:

1. Can you do the job?
Kebaca gak experience/skill kamu nyambung sama role

2. Can we work with you?
Cara ngomong, attitude, communication, ego

3. Can you learn fast?
Apalagi kalau FG/junior, potential > perfect experience

4. Can you explain your story clearly?
Banyak kandidat sebenarnya capable, tapi kurang bisa mengartikulasikan value & pengalaman mereka dengan runtut
