I'm gonna say this even though I'm no longer working in the industry and haven't for some time but the move towards AI in animation, while it obviously hurts American artists a lot, hits extremely harder in smaller industries like Mexico and the Philippines (cont.)

@NadaH39469 As a fan of the story, I agree that the anime’s proportions are sometimes too childlike. I wish it was done more intentionally, because I am also an asian who looks a lot younger than my age (medical condition) and I relate to Maomao in that way. Other adaptations do it better.
