Ground staff made us sign waiver saying manual seat adjustment of seat is possible with crew assistance. Crew says it's not possible.

@airindia The departure was delayed because of seat issues. Security had to be brought in. If more than 25% of Business & First Class seats arent functional, AI mgmt needs to wake up. When business class passengers sleep on the floor, desh ke izzat ka falooda ban raha hai. @DGCAIndia

What AI management is doing is fraud.
You must refund the entire cost of the ticket to all the passengers listed above. Here you can see people in business class sleeping on the floor and using baggage to rest their legs. This is shameful.

When a majority of seats aren't reclining, why sell those seats? Will anyone buy business class seats knowing the seats won't even recline (worse than economy). All the seats allocated for the crew was ok - too much luck.
