he said that some people went as far as DM ing the behind the scene people/staffs and said some harsh words that he cant even repeat in the live. when he sees it he feels really sorry for them since they are working with these people. he understands that the feedbacks come from people who loves them but the way some people are handling it, be it the tone and words used is just not okay and that we cant live like this. namping is someone who really cares about the feelings of the behind the scene team because everyone puts so much effort in their work

about the hairstyle, they understand and that he's asking for people to give opinions nicely because they are taking every feedback into consideration. about their look/make up style, namping said their goal right now is no longer finding a look that can go viral but kengnamping are focusing on other goals, other steps and a new era of kengnamping because they want to move forward to a level that's bigger than before. of course the feedbacks are still very much welcome its just that be mindful when you voice out your opinions
