@Delta .@Delta given all the delays, I didn’t have time to get food in the airport & on board service was borderline inedible. would really appreciate some outreach from your team about this. I only fly Delta or partner flights internationally, this is really disappointing

@Delta really poor service across the board on today’s flight from SFO->JFK. Delays prior to boarding, almost no communication from flight deck/attendants, nearly missed my connection after sitting on tarmac for an hour, and luggage not transferred to my connecting flight

.@Delta then for my JFK -> CPH, we sat on the tarmac for over an hour after boarding due to delays at JFK… checked my airtag to see my luggage is still sitting at JFK…. I expect this poor service from other carriers but not y’all.
