@NathanielNoe@DBashIdeas This is actually a lot for @HUCJIR to ask of their clergy. They’re basically permitting intermarriage while saying the non Jewish spouse has to stifle themselves to be in the relationship. It’s a confused message on top of all the other problems with it.
@amylynnuws @DBashIdeas It’s incredibly negative. Clergy are supposed to hold themselves to a higher standard. If they can’t even keep basic fundamental religious tenets, they can’t serve as role models. Even if they believe endogamy is just a positive, they need to actually conduct themselves so.
In the US, the #1 threat to my safety is the @ADL, which is intoxicating the word antisemtism.
In Europe, the #1 threat to my safety is Germany, which criminalizes people w/my views.
In MENA, the #1 threat to my safety is Israel. Violent apartheid breeds violence.

@AmiDar @hamzeAwawde Third to last paragraph “Mr Awawde has previously tweeted comparisons (plural)…”.
Why so eager to defend someone who clearly wishes ill will against Israel?
@AmiDar @hamzeAwawde The letter says that Hamze has engaged in Holocaust inversion on multiple occasions. There’s no moral justification for platforming it. https://t.co/pQ0vEdVWXV
@Alonso_GD You flipped the point on its head. She’s saying anti Zionists like Said would NOT be able to, especially with Said’s loose relationship with the truth as it applies to Israel.
Did you know that Israel once had vast oak forests, with species like the Holm Oak, Tabor Oak, and Kermes Oak dominating the landscape. They ranged from Tel-Aviv to Haifa and covered most of Samaria.
So what happened?

@PainfullyShai Chabad is one of a number of more spiritualist type movements in Judaism, and by far most accessible in US. Other groups to check depending on location are Breslov, Bostoner Chasidim, some other Chassidic groups, and Sephardi synagogues.
I didn’t know anyone who directly lost someone until now. We’re getting to the point where not one Jew will be more than two degrees of separation from someone murdered in this war though we pray it won’t come to that. Too horrible. Baruch Dayan haEmet.
Heartbreaking💔
Sergeant Yakir Ya'akov Levy, 21, a fighter in the 601st Engineering Battalion, the Iron Track Design (401), fell in battle in the south of the Gaza Strip.
We must remember these brave heroes who sacrificed their lives for our beloved country.
@ariel_haivri I’m doing something right now. Getting off twitter until after Shavuot. Send me something about what you decide to do but I won’t see it for a while.
@smashidols613 @hasidic_1 He’s probably not a newbie but a traditional Sephardi guy. He’s wrapped Sephardi, which Chabad would never do unless requested.
