न्याय नहीं मिला तो लौटा दूंगी..पदक..अधिकारियों पर लापरवाही का आरोप...!

सरकार पूरे देश में शहीद हुए जवानों को कई तरह की तमाम सुविधाएं देने की बात करती है..लेकिन उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ में रहने वाले शौर्य चक्र विजेता शहीद विवेक सक्सेना का परिवार देश के हुक्मरानों से सपूत की शहादत के बदले मिलने वाले सम्मान के लिए 23 साल बाद भी अधिकारियों और सरकारी विभागों के चक्कर काट रहा है..!

सरकारी सुस्ती से खफा शहीद की मां ने कहा कि हम बेटे का शौर्य चक्र लौटाना चाहते हैं -

दरअसल, लखनऊ के सरोजनीनगर तहसील कार्यालय में शनिवार को एसडीएम अभिषेक सिंह की अध्यक्षता में संपूर्ण समाधान दिवस का आयोजन हुआ..इस दौरान फरियादियों की संख्या कम रही, वहीं ज्यादातर अधिकारी गैरहाजिर थे..!

समाधान दिवस में दरोगा खेड़ा की कृष्ण लोक कॉलोनी निवासी 80 साल की सावित्री सक्सेना ने न्याय मांगा....वह शौर्य चक्र विजेता शहीद सहायक कमांडेंट विवेक सक्सेना की मां हैं..!

उन्होंने सालों से अटके भूमि आवंटन के मामले को लेकर शिकायत की..!
सावित्री सक्सेना अपने बड़े बेटे रंजीत सक्सेना के साथ पहुंची थीं..उन्होंने बताया कि उनके बेटे सहायक कमांडेंट विवेक सक्सेना 8 जनवरी 2003 को मणिपुर में आतंकवादियों से लड़ते हुए शहीद हुए थे..!

उन्हें शौर्य चक्र और राष्ट्रपति पुलिस पदक (वीरता) से सम्मानित किया गया था.. इसके बाद शहीद के परिवार को जमीन देने का आदेश हुआ था..!

बुजुर्ग सावित्री का कहना है कि -
जमीन आवंटन का सरकारी आदेश होने के बावजूद यह मामला सालों से एक विभाग से दूसरे विभाग के चक्कर काट रहा है.. उन्होंने कई बार आईजीआरएस पर शिकायतें भी कीं, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई..!

उन्होंने कहा कि वह 80 साल की हो चुकी हैं और अब सरकारी दफ्तरों के चक्कर नहीं लगा सकतीं..!

उन्होंने राष्ट्रपति और मुख्यमंत्री से मिलने का समय दिलाने की मांग की.. साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि अगर न्याय नहीं मिला तो वह शौर्य चक्र की उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा दी गई सम्मान राशि, शौर्य चक्र और राष्ट्रपति पुलिस पदक को सम्मान के साथ वापस करने की इजाजत चाहती हैं...!

But here is what most people don't know and what I have seen go wrong at dozens of small restaurants, dhabas, and shops across India:

A Composition taxpayer CANNOT collect GST from you. Ever.

Under the GST Composition Scheme, a dealer pays a flat tax to the government from their own pocket - 1% for traders, 6% for service providers. They cannot add GST to your invoice.

They cannot charge you CGST or SGST. The moment they do, that amount is being collected from you with zero legal basis.

It does not go to the government. It stays with the owner.

That is not a tax. That is a collection.

Chongtham Vikram has been residing in the area for atleast 10years in the area. He objected to loud noises and nuisance created in front of his house. This is the case of UP, recently there was a case of Karnataka, I know a case in Haryana and I know many cases in Rajasthan

When soldiers die, we all put reels everywhere, salute their martyrdom but the truth hits hard as soon as the family reaches the govt offices for their dues. The govt babus think they are paying them everything free of cost, there is no empathy at all except in some cases where you find someone from the forces background either the person or someone from family

Request @myogiadityanath to address this specific issue 🙏🏻 and request the @PMOIndia to look into it and sensitise the govt offices for having some empathy for the soldiers

An 80-year-old mother is offering to return her son's Shaurya Chakra.

Assistant Commandant Vivek Saxena fell fighting terrorists in Manipur on 8 January 2003. The country gave him the Shaurya Chakra. The state promised his family land and a memorial. Twenty-two years later, Savitri Saxena is still being sent from office to office. Asked for domicile papers. Asked where she lived before marriage. Asked to keep waiting.

She is 80. She says she no longer has the strength to keep doing the rounds. So she has brought the medal to a grievance camp and said: if this is the honour we give a martyr's mother, take it back.

A son gave his life.
A mother is being asked to prove she belongs.

That should break something in all of us.
