@McDonaldsUK once again poor delivery! delivered within 35mins but all items cold, no straws and Minecraft toys missing. Fobbed off by uber support as within delivery time and can’t get any help via virtual assistant on website disgraceful service

@JustEatUK once again let down by just eat food not delivered even tho marked by driver and no easy way of reaching customer support. Absolute disgrace. This is the last time I use the service
@JustEatUK missing food from my order told by customer service I need to contact back in 15-20mins. What a joke! Do I eat half a meal or wait and let what I do have go cold. Terrible customer service!!!!!
@VodafoneUK Still nothing after more phone calls and web chats. Not even after dm’ing Oliver! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I won’t be staying with Vodafone when my contracts expire

@AmazonHelp my order hasn't shown up for 3days now, have been given a false failure to deliver which has been confirmed by yourselves, even spoke to the delivery agents who agreed to attempt a "redelivery" this evening( have email to confirm. STILL NOTHING! Abysmal service!!!!
@TheAA_UK The app wouldn’t update with any information on the call out. Then wouldn’t let me cancel the call out as I made other arrangements due to over 2hour predicted wait time. then sat on the phone waiting for over 30mins on hold to be cut off only to have to call back and wait again
@TheAA_UK what’s the point in having an app that doesn’t work and a phone line that’s to busy to answer!!! Waste of patrols time if we can’t even cancel a call out
@British_Airways Still waiting to leave now sat on plane but have to wait 30/40mins till take off. I understand that delays happen but the app didn’t update till 5mins before flight was due to leave, no communication from airport, no staff at gate. Just terrible service from BA won’t use again
@British_Airways absolute disgrace waiting for 19:00 flight to Heathrow from Stuttgart, not a member of staff to be seen and nothing on board yet flight is delayed for over an hour.
