@AmazonHelp On 8th October I asked all the security guards of the office and they all admitted that no delivery has been made. Who is that delivery boy who is delivering the shirt in holiday and that too without calling the customer and without taking OTP.

It's a like fraud.

@AmazonHelp I did not understand how to raise a complaint, so I chose the return option so that a delivery person could come and explain to me how to raise a complaint. Now that option "I haven't got my order but the status is delivered" is not visible in the customer service option.Plz help

For this Bank have posted local staffs too, for the convenience of such customers.

But expecting all staffs to speak regional language isn't possible at all.
