But you can not determine how someone reacts, you can just look at it and understand, but it doesn't mean you agree or would do the same. There's no justification or victim blaming.

People react differently to different situations. E.g. you slap your sister, she does nothing or she slaps you back or she stabs you. She reacted to something, and people can understand why she reacted in whatever manner.
