@British_Airways can you please provide more information to people in T5 who are waiting for there bags. All we are getting from staff on ground that this has been a problem all day, and that we may get them. Next time can you maybe warn people when they check in?

@SW_Help Yes, there is, but that doesn't solve the issue that there have been no trains calling at FNB in the London bound direction for an hour with trains going through on the fast line.

@SW_Help I was trying to get to WAT but both the 17 and the 32 have been cancelled, and trains on the fast line go straight through. Has no one thought to get them to make suplemtry stops to make up for those trains being cancelled.

@SW_Help I understand the reason why the the train was cancelled. What I'd like to know why is that there is a pattern of behaviour to cancel or delay the first fast train for off peak tickets from FNB on a regular basis

@SW_Help care to explain why the 09:32 from FNB is cancelled. More specifically why once again you've chosen to cancel the first fast off peak service instead on ensuring that stations that are not hub stations are suitable served.

@SW_Help No supplemental stops on trains that are going to BSK to stop at FLE, FNB or any other stations on the line between WOK and BSK to reduce the inevitable over crowding on the BSK stopping service

@Ms_Alex_Baker can you please get an explanation as to why @SW_Help are happy to continually cancel trains at stations that are not served as much as the hubs is acceptable.

@SW_Help And that service gets in 10 to 15 mins later and at that point people then maybe late or miss connections. The 9:32 is regularly delayed or cancelled and yet nothing appears to be being done.
