@SW_Help is “information unavailable” code for “we’re deciding how many passengers to screw over by cancelling their trains to work but just running fast so we don’t get huge fines”?
@SW_Help The incident allegedly a passenger sick at vauxhall and all lines have reopened? That’s the info given at my station, so why are trains not running? You have got to be better at incident response and recovery than this.
@virginmedia@sabrevan Yes can you please explain the issue? Repeated occurrences means we can’t rely on the service until you confess the problem and whether it has actually been solved or if you’re just applying temporary fixes to avoid paying compensation to customers
@virginmedia 3rd time this week our broadband is down, no explanation has been given each time only “an outage has been identified” and it takes at least a day to repair. What is the reason? I need to work from home this week and receive the service I am paying for.
@SW_Help 8:33 KNG to WAT is cancelled but it is only running 3 minutes late? And now I’m going to be 20 minutes late to work. You can’t be this disdainful towards your passengers.
@SW_Help But it just ran through the station carrying passengers and is only running 3 minutes late so very easily could have run the service as scheduled and which we all pay for
@SW_Help Stuck on the tracks outside new Malden for over 20 minutes now, why can you not advance trains into stations so people can get off and try to get where they need to be? You have no capability to deal with emergencies that happen every single day it’s baffling
@SW_Help Yes I know as I stated in my message. Why wasn’t this inspection done any one of the last 4 days when you weren’t running trains? No one on your line could get to work for 4 days and now on the 5th day the trains are all delayed or cancelled. Insane mismanagement @Heidi_Labour
@SW_Help no trains for 4 days and now all trains on Shepperton line are delayed or canceled for a safety inspection? Why didn’t you inspect in the 4 days that you closed the lines?
@SGNgas Sorry it’s not related to an emergency the gas works have obviously been planned and are being done around the neighbourhood in planned stages so I think we should have been informed
@SGNgas our road has been dug up all week and now the path in front of our house has been blocked off. Perhaps not coincidentally we have had no heat/hot water 2 days this week. We received no notifications of any of these works, how long they will be continuing?
@SGNgas Thanks for getting back to me Louise. Should we not have received notice of these works? Our gas supply is on again now but was off Sunday and Thursday. I will DM you if it happens again
