@virginmedia - broadband down for the majority of the time since Wednesday night in KT2 area.
โHelplineโ says the engineers are looking into the problem.
Surely you can give a straight answer. Sky and Vodafone are offering same speeds.

@virginmedia There was an outage in my area - for 3 days.
Itโs not my hub. Itโs the ridiculously bad, unreliable service @virginmedia provide. Our whole street is complaining.

@virginmedia - no broadband since Wednesday night. I managed to speak to a person at your help centre. They told me there was there is no service! Wow.
When asked what the cause of the problem was, I was told that the engineers were looking into it.
What is causing the issue?
@virginmedia is there an issue with the broadband service in the KT2 area. My broadband is down and the customer service centre is closed!!! Not much help available when you need it ๐ก
