Bickster has been fortunate & grateful to be a successful App Publisher for the last 13 years. We're going to start posting what we did and the results to help other App Publishers. This first post is about a recent paywall or CRO test we did with our Fitbit to Apple Health Sync app.
- Paywall A/B test using Adapty
- Variant A - Vertical price layout. No pennies-a-day or comparative/equivalence framing. Simple “Best Value” badge.
- Variant B - Horizontal price layout. Includes pennies-a-day or comparative/equivalence framing. “Most Popular” and “Save 33%” badge. Price reorder with Lifetime in the middle.
- Test ran for 17 days with 11,000 unique views on each side.
- Validated by Adapty’s A/B test machine learning predicted probability to be the best (P2BB) at 90.37%
- And winner is….. Variant B. It increase revenue by 20.1% over Variant A

@CalebDeannn Sure. If you can get cheap CPIs that convert but you can only go so far with UA if you haven't optimized your app store listing, onboarding, paywall, price.
7% vs. 11% is 57.14% growth. I'll take the 11% all day long over the volume. You hit a UA ceiling much sooner at 5% or 7%
