Every artist in SK opening their “own” company… and I’m saying this without shade, especially not toward BoA — but the independence and control they’re chasing, without real structure, professional, experienced staff, won’t work and can easily turn into a bubble.

Knowing what you like artistically and who you want to be doesn’t mean you know how to manage an unknown artist from the ground up.
