@monique_rooney @gea_russell @StefanSolomon7 I'm still sad not to have been able to contribute! It was such a unique COVID-haze event. I probably wouldn't do it again, but it was an experience to be up between one and four in the morning to conference!!
In Armidale on Saturday evening we're screening Shireen of al-Walaja by Daz Chandler plus Q&A with the filmmaker - red lentil soup available for dinner by donation: https://t.co/klreqF94t0
@la_louve_rouge_ Oooooh. I like this idea a lot. I think maybe more than a tweet. Take Shelter might be a candidate but maybe not disengaged from family life enough actually hyper invested. Perhaps a model for the dad thriller dad's affective state?
@elias_greig Even I think the last two federal elections feed into this idea ... there has been some kind housing reform policy at the fore but it's been very weak I think hedging with the electorate of investors/bank of mum and dad and those without access to asset wealth.
@elias_greig The asset economy folks have run some numbers on this & it's not too long before those in extremely precarious housing are the majority... there's a weird interference with aspiration clouding it's "majority rules" power but definitely the forecast from them is its surely coming.
@RColesworthy I think it's so crazy that you can't epigraph without permission. I'm dealing with that rn and was shocked by the rule. Has it always been the case?
Do not have the words for how special this day was, going to remember it for a long time, but it started off as good as it gets, with brother Rob Waters on Anaiwan country. Such a beautiful man and poet. Thank you New England Regional Art Museum for bringing us together ๐๐ฝ๐
Our Executive Officer, @Sarah__Schwartz, spoke to ABC News about our concerns about the antisemitism envoy position being used for political ends, to lobby for Israel, rather than to fight genuine racism and antisemitism.

Over 40 years ago, Edward Said sat down with a group of Palestinian women and in two minutes they laid out what is still the current situation -
