My baby, Clodagh (15yrs) and her crew won big at Irish Rowing Championships:
🏆 Women’s J16 4+,
🏆 Women’s J18 4-
🏆 Women’s J18 8+
Meanwhile my gorgeous boy Cillian (17yrs) and his crew won:
🏆 Men’s J18 8+ 💪

And this happened yesterday 💪 Two Rowers in the Donaghy house winning Pots yesterday at Irish Rowing Championships. Clodagh (15yrs) in Women’s J18 4- and Cillian (17yrs) in Men’s J18 8+ 🔥🔥

One of the things we often get wrong in health & care improvement is prioritising performance improvement (process-technical aspects) over the emotional experience of participants. We need to make consideration of emotional factors one of our highest priorities in change initiatives. This includes:
