These guys has made sure that eating "Healthy" is a death wish....
I remember Pastor Chris would teach us to keep away from these poisonous fruits especially the GMOs... Pastor Chris said they're preserving the apple at the cost of preserving your life, the fruits you're taking was designed to last longer than you.
“When you stand to Pee, you put stress on your prostrate, squatting or sitting pee is far better. In the north, the squat to pee, that’s why they have rare cases of Prostrate cancer.”
Interesting!

Nigerian Doctor Raises Alarm Over Counterfeit Toothpaste
“I Went To Over 6 Stores And They All Had The Fake Toothpaste. They Didn’t Even Know It Was The Fake They Were Selling”
FAKE TOOTHPASTE IS DANGEROUS. IT IS A SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARD.

She’s very unserious and her husband deserves much better.
1. On the topic of meeting people for a reason and questioning not ending up together… erm… maybe the reason you didn’t end up with them is because that’s not your reason for meeting them?
The saying itself is merely a rhetorical one and not some type of revelation based literal verdict of every interaction. To put too much importance into it can even become superstition (which is haraam). It could literally just be for that single glance or conversation you had with them.
2. Not marrying someone because you’re not attracted to them is very valid and this is perhaps one of the only few good things about the anonymous post. You can—and even then you don’t have to—grow into it after not liking one or two specific physical qualities (esp if it can change) if you generally find them attractive otherwise, but if it’s something that affects basic attraction, as in at all at all, it’s best to part ways.
3. Now to the really silly part. You eventually found a good attractive man you like (in your own words), but because he’s not there yet in terms of something that can always improve (and he has indeed shown willingness and effort in improving), you are already thinking of another man. How ungrateful and philanderous! How long have you even been married for him to suddenly transform into Shaykhul Islām? A man who didn’t deceive you about his prior level o. You can’t even give him some time? I’m sure you even have many flaws he’s also managing, while still loving you wholeheartedly simply because they don’t really affect your primarily values in his life.
Also, while having a husband who can teach you would be nice, it is a LUXURY and not a primary requirement for effective leadership if he’s otherwise generally intelligent and capable. The lapse in knowledge could be an upbringing privilege thing. I mean, I’m sure it’s not like he’s mentally challenged or an idiot or something. Seeking knowledge is primarily a personal responsibility and It’s also not like you’re some ‘ālimah either, thereby causing chemistry or compatibility issues. In fact, he’s your kafā’ah, going off of your descriptions.
Yorubas have a word for people like you and it’s “olójúkòkòrò, olójú kò gbé bìkan”. You better focus on your family and stop that shameless shaytāni indulgence in thoughts of other men as a married woman. Your husband is allowed multiple women under certain circumstances and I’m sure you’d still feel terrible if his mind is occupied with thoughts of other women, specifically as your replacement, (not just unrelated additions) over some largely inconsequential matters. It might sound harsh but that’s the bitter truth you need at this point in time because you’re on some wilding time right now.
Fear Allaah and change your ways. Be a loyal, dutiful wife and respect your marriage. Enroll in madrasah together with your husband and see the situation as a bonding opportunity to learn and grow together. Appreciate the blessing of having such a kind, caring, good man.
I got bored and told ChatGPT to apply to 500 job openings for me.
Woke up, phone's blowing up—12 interview calls within 24 hours.
This is the prompt I used:
During my postgraduate days at UNILAG, there was this guy who would always drive to lectures in his 2004 Toyota Corolla. He worked with FAAN.
Whenever exams were approaching, he would always want to borrow my notes and make photocopies because he liked the way I structured it. I had a way of highlighting important points and adding side notes, some of which would later turn out to be likely exam questions.
We had this particular course he had been battling with. At that point, his mindset was simply to write the exam, pass somehow, and probably end up with an E.
So I picked him up. We would have WhatsApp voice calls while going through the course materials together. We did it consistently, and we both ended up with an A.
He would usually tell me that if I ever needed anything, I shouldn't hesitate to let him know and that he would come through for me. Most times, I ignored the offer because I was also doing fine on my own.
About two years after our master's programme, I had a cousin who had graduated for years but was still struggling to secure employment. He had twice gotten a fully funded scholarship in the US and was denied visa twice. He also tried Australia and was denied three times.
He eventually gave Belgium a shot, got admission, and was required to present a blocked account, meaning he needed to show proof of a certain amount of money in a Belgian account. The amount was approaching €13,000.
He had nothing, and his resumption deadline was fast approaching.
He reached out to me. Even though he had never told me about his plans to travel, I decided to do everything I could.
I reached out to two of my friends in the UK, but they couldn't help because they were still trying to establish themselves t ground. I also contacted someone in the US who was on a fully funded scholarship. He told me his monthly stipend wasn't even up to $2,000 and that, after paying rent, he had less than $300 left.
Then something told me to reach out to my old master's classmate from UNILAG.
I narrated the situation to him. He asked me straight up, "How much do you need?"
I told him we needed €14,000 in a Belgian account.
He asked, "Will that be enough?"
The next day, he provided €14,000.
A few weeks later, my cousin's visa was approved. While he was heading to the airport, my same friet also gave him ₦2 million in cash, this time, a gift.
Today, my cousin has emmigrated to the US, happily married to an American woman who is also a scholar like him. They now have two children.
I have also become his go-to person for almost every thing he needs done in Nigeria. When he bought his first home in Maryland, Mende, Lagos, I was the one who went for the inspection, received the funds in my account for a Duplex, and handled the closing deal for him.
There is hardly anything I need today that my cousin wouldn't go the extra mile to do for me.
Life has a funny way of bringing people back into your life.
Sometimes, the person you think you are helping today may become the person who changes your life tomorrow.
Never underestimate the value of being genuinely useful to people.
Be useful. Be kind. Build genuine relationships. You never know when life will bring the same person back to you in a different season.
Sometimes I feel like the biggest reason I don’t want to get married is because I don’t think I’m ready for the responsibilities that come with it.
I’m not naturally someone who enjoys cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, or doing house chores every day. Beyond that, I honestly don’t know if I know how to take good care of a husband. There are days when I just want to be alone, have my own space, and not have to think about anyone else.
I’m also scared of the expectations that come with marriage, especially from extended family. I wouldn’t want to constantly feel pressured or judged just because I married someone’s brother.
Then I think about motherhood. What if the baby is crying all night and I’m exhausted? Sometimes I joke that the baby would be crying and I’d probably be crying too because I wouldn’t know what to do.
Marriage is a beautiful thing, but it’s also a huge responsibility. I’d rather admit that I’m not fully ready than rush into something I can’t give my best to.
