This is reportedly the final 15 seconds removed from Hampshire PCC Donna Jones' BBC interview on the Portsmouth boat landing.

Jones has already gone on record blaming government failure for the chaos, warning the south coast wasn't secured and that "Portsmouth cannot be a destination point for people traffickers," while officers spent the night holding back crowds instead of answering emergency calls.
