@jcarnu Remember, these beers aren’t filtered. Pour steadily into a tilted glass and leave a centimetre in the bottle - you’ll have a completely clear beer with a finely laced head. When that’s finished, enjoy the sediment and the beer that’s left.

We made this Green Tomato and Sour Grape Chilli Relish with @biereduquercorb's saison Trobairitz. We hoped to use this at popups but since 2020 has been cancelled, it's now our go to condiment for all the food we have been scranning at home instead.
