364 days in between the two pics. 40 pounds on my raw squat, 5 pounds on my raw bench, and 25 pounds on my raw deadlift. So many improvements, but the one thing that was impossible to improve was my gorgeous girlfriend. Thank for loving me even when I look dead after meets. ❤️
