I just found the best way to replicate the onboardings of apps making $100k–$1M/month:
1. Go to https://t.co/JVdPBQHcqJ
2. Open the Onboarding Library
3. Filter for apps making over $100k/month
4. Pick an app with a strong revenue/download ratio (e.g. $100k MRR and 20k downloads/month)
5. Download all the screens from its onboarding as a ZIP
6. Go to claude/codex, attach the ZIP and tell it to adapt your onboarding based on the reference (using your own fonts, colors, pricing...)
just like that your onboarding could easily double your conversion rate
This one change in my app's onboarding led to an 8% increase in initial conversions (trial starts or direct subscribers), and barely anyone does it
I added a ~30-second skippable video of me, the founder, a few steps before my paywall
My app is about learning Japanese, and in the video, I talked about:
- My achievements
- The pain points of my users
- My experience dealing with said pain points
- How I overcame those problems
- Why the app is the solution I wish I had
This increased conversions like crazy because:
1. Puts a face to the app = more trust
2. Gives authority
3. Resonates with the user because it's from someone who was in their shoes
4. Makes the app feel personal and handmade (very powerful, especially now with so much vibe-coded slop)
This won't work for every app, but if you're a domain expert in the niche your app is in (for example, a workout app and you're jacked), you should definitely try something like this!
Read this article that will give you a step by step guide on how to get to $10k a month

Then read this article on how to go from there $10k to $100k a month 👇
Episode 1: Making $1M Before 20
I’ve made $60k in the last 30 days and now I’m documenting exactly how I’m going to scale to $1M in revenue before I turn 20.
https://t.co/5IKcRvEesu
My vibe-coded app grew over 300% in just 60 days and hit $10,000/mo
heres the truth that nobody tells you:
1. I didn’t get smarter
2. I didn’t work harder
3. I didn’t spend a single dollar on ads
I simply put my focus and attention on the most basic thing, which is marketing.
The biggest confusion I see in the founder space is people overthinking how to market their app in 2026.
"Do I post AI UGC content?"
"Do I start running meta ads?"
"Should I just do organic marketing?"
If you're reading this, just cut all that out and remember this one thing that I will tell you here.
1. Create a new Instagram account for UGC content.
2. Psycho analyze and steal your competitor's organic UGC formats and structures like an artist.
3. Post two to five times a day with those formats on Instagram with a many-chat DM automation system
That's all I did in the last two months, and that just skyrocketed my business, which looks like an overnight success.
But the truth is we're just simplifying everything and optimizing for the best outcome.
Organic UGC content is like influencer marketing back in 2015, and it's an absolute gold mine.
So if you had to take away anything from this one post, it's that you need to start posting real UGC content on your Instagram with your face to start off and learn how UGC works, how to engineer virality.
And if you're not willing to do this, then you're just not built for entrepreneurship.
Always have a sense of urgency.
There is absolutely no reason for you not to make at least $5,000 a month with a vibe-coded app.
I don't have any tech or coding background. I didn't go to college. I graduated high school in 2025 and just put my head down and started working.
Now close out of X and go make that new Instagram account right now
If you’re a founder struggling to market your app, you need to read this.
My app crossed $10k/mo in 90 days after launching, and here is exactly what I did to achieve this feat.
it literally doesn’t get any simpler:
1. Create 3 Instagram UGC accounts
2. Copy your competitors viral UGC content
3. Post 2x everyday on each account
if you can’t even do this, then you’re not built for entrepreneurship.
and I’m being so fr, it doesn’t get any simpler, this is your wake up call.
if you’re making under 5K MRR with your app...
instead of trying to go viral for 3 months
just use the exact marketing playbook that i used for two apps
which helped me scale to $20K/mo two times in a row 👇

Last 3 days of revenue.
Decided to disable all my ads after leaving them unchanged since 13 July.
Their CPAs became bad after 2 months and the ads died out.
I cba to make new ads especially when I want to scale my UGC campaign more
Average revenue now seems to be around $175 without ad spend and pure UGC
My profit is atleast 65% after Apple Fees which is pretty good. There's more work to be done here though
