ElevenLabs just dropped v4 + v4 Turbo
their fastest + most emotive voice models yet, and the demo was generated straight from prompts with no edits
this is a pretty big upgrade for anyone using AI to make content
-> faceless youtube
-> AI UGC
-> ads
-> storytelling pages
-> courses
-> automated content channels
better voice = better retention, better watch time, better ads
the more natural these voices get, the easier it becomes to build content businesses without needing a full production team
AI content is getting a lot easier to monetize
this guy might be a fucking genius
he built a calisthenics page around one yellow cartoon character, posts illustrated workout breakdowns, then sends everyone to 5 links in bio
-> an app (opens mid-december)
-> wall posters at $29.95
-> calisthenics gear
-> a Goated YouTube channel
the page is already at 637K followers
he basically turned one made-up character into the face of an entire calisthenics brand
this is the kind of content brand i find way more interesting than random ai slop
OpenAI just posted “Get ready.”
no context
no product name
just this weird little teaser
so obviously this could be anything
but if I had to guess:
-> a new model
-> a major API update
-> better agent tooling
-> a new coding/dev product
-> some kind of multimodal release
whatever it is, I already know people are gonna find some F*CKING ridiculous way to make money with it
every major AI release creates a new batch of tools, agencies, content systems and businesses almost immediately
I’m watching this one closely
one of the best clippers i know is basically running his content operation off a $20/month Claude subscription
the whole process is automated
-> finds the content angle
-> writes the hooks
-> builds the posts
-> gives him everything ready to upload
all he does is post
he’s using the pages to push HealthMeter and the ROI is fucking stupid
$20/month on Claude
and he’s making roughly 100x-200x that back
this is the side of AI monetization i think people are still sleeping on
you don’t need to build some crazy AI startup
sometimes you just need AI to remove 90% of the work from a distribution system that already makes money
this guy might be a fucking genius
he built a fitness page around an AI generated blue character, posts simple workout / muscle growth slideshows and then sells a $19.99 workout blueprint through the page
no face
no filming workouts
no personal brand needed
just:
-> AI character
-> useful fitness content
-> consistent visual style
-> link in bio to the product
the page is already at 325k+ followers
he basically turned one made-up character into the face of an entire fitness brand
this is the kind of AI content use case i find way more interesting than random AI slop
@hjalteujo Honestly, I see where you’re coming from. Some people just like to engage with fitness cause it makes them feel good,but with he’s numbers he’s probably doing 5-10k consistently
an alarm clock app doing ~$600k mrr is fucking insane
Alarmy basically sells one thing:
making sure you actually get out of bed
-> missions to turn the alarm off
-> stupidly loud sounds
-> sleep tracking
-> paid features around a problem millions of people have every morning
500k downloads and a 4.8 rating with 247k reviews
this is the kind of app i love looking at because there’s nothing technically crazy about the idea
it just solves an annoying problem really well and monetizes it at massive scale
$600k/month from an alarm clock is ridiculous
