I simply cannot comprehend the level of abuse aimed at Shalulile by some Namibian fans. They are as strong as the weakest link. The Team wins and loses together. If the ball is not passed to him he can’t score. And he was tag teamed, being a threat.
If we start seeing ethnicity in everything, we will have a problem. We will soon start asking for ethnicities of those working at ICU and the names on Gravestones. We need an equitable society, manage diversity, but we must be careful!
Do you want to know how @UNNamibia contributed to the different #SDGs in 2020? SDG13 for climate action, SDG2 for zero hunger and SDG 3 for good health scored at the top in a year marked by COVID19 crisis, drought and fight against climate change. Visit: https://t.co/nUaEY2b2P8

Side by Side operates as a day care and early intervention center for families of children with special needs. We are still on the topic of RECYCLING and we had a fun, easy session with the kids on ways to reuse, reduce and recycle.
Children living with disabilities and integrating them into society was one of the initial inspirations for founding The Big Help. So when we had the opportunity to visit Side by Side Early Intervention Center in Goreangab, it was an absolute honour.
We received our first donation of yarn, special thank you to Samuel for the generous donation. HandmadebyZitta will get started on creating some amazing items for the kids! 💛
We had an amazing session at Orlindi Orphanage yesterday 😄
Our theme was recycling and we took the kids through what recycling is and how they too can impact their environment by utilizing their recycle bin sponsored by Ogilvy Namibia.
Winter is fast approaching! The Big Help in collaboration with Handmade By Zitta are getting ready for our Winter Drive. We would like to request for donations of yarn which will be transformed into something warm and comfy for the children.
Dennia Gayle, country representative of the United Nations Population Fund, on Monday said it is vital that young people know clinics and hospitals are still offering family planning services.
