On Feb. 7, Chairwoman Nora Vargas and Supervisor Monica Montgomery Steppe of the County Board of Supervisors presented a proclamation to recognize SDSU’s Black Resource Center’s continued work in honor of Black History Month.

This #BlackHistoryMonth, we’re sharing #BlackHistoryHeroes in Psychology. Next up is Robert Lee Williams II. Williams studied standardized tests and coined "Ebonics". His work showed that Black students do better on tests when they are geared toward Black speech and experiences.
