@Tadbusters Game prices are set by the publisher, not the platform. Activision is one of the worst companies when it comes to lowering prices on older games.
@capthedon Xbox went down the road with DRM before and they said never again, if you aren’t too invested switch to Xbox because they are moving to cloud based gaming and once you purchase the game you always own it because it’s backed by your Live account
@Axxyworks Fake video, AXON logo should be transparent, it’s in the wrong font and the first thing I noticed was the time zone is incorrect 17:01:02 -0400 not T17:01:02Z
@BrianFa34222967@wakem369 It didn’t create a blanket rule that police have no duty to protect anyone from anything that’s an interpretation people repeat online, not what the Court actually held.
@NBCNews 2000, 34.5% of kids smoke cigarettes according to the FDA, 2025 1.4% cigarettes, 5.2% use ecigs and 1.7% use pouches for a grand total of 8.3% using nicotine but yet it down 26.2%. They are only complaining because cigarettes are sin taxed and the other aren’t.

@BrianFa34222967@wakem369 Castle Rock doesn’t apply here. It’s about civil liability for restraining orders, not traffic enforcement. A driver going the wrong way on a one‑way is a legitimate safety issue.
@gnobgoblin@solexfresh599 Being in the driver seat places you in actual physical control of the vehicle. Because of that, the encounter remains a traffic stop, and it’s the same legal principle that allows DUI charges even when the vehicle hasn’t been driven.
@OnahPete Pennsylvania v. Mimms allows them to order you out of the vehicle and they can temporarily disarm you for the duration of the traffic stop even if you are legally carrying
@TheRealisticGo2@counter91919 I was only talking about what was shown in the video. After looking deeper into the case, it was procedural errors that led to the settlement, and the Sheriff’s Office chose to let the deputy go, he can still apply elsewhere.
I’m sorry for what your kid went through.
@TheRealisticGo2@counter91919 I live in a small town an hour away from some bad areas, and if one of my officers had arrested my teenage son; who’s an adult now, I would’ve assumed my son was in the wrong. They’re trained to deal with the worst, and I want my town to stay quiet.
@TheRealisticGo2@counter91919 Reasonable suspicion is for court room not for the streets, cops need to treat everyone equally and then let it be hashed out in court. I think the officer handled the situation correctly, “if” my son did the same thing as what is shown I wouldn’t have fought it in court
