The red you see on this card is the “base team color” that is consistent on all Risacher/Hawks parallels in this set, the green areas are what change on parallels

Since you got a 10 highly recommend to NOT re-submit, re-submitting opens card up to possible damage or downgrade

You will still get max value as is

If that is your card that’s a nice card

The photo on eBay is simply high saturation or high temperature in the photo settings, so the orange appears much darker or saturated

I would recommend simply re-sending in your next PSA submission and a different grader probably grades it no problem 🤷‍♂️
